Visitors to Factory Outlet Center Ochtrup enjoy a special shopping experience in an urban atmosphere. Stores form a picturesque open air promenade and retailers greet their customers with open doors and a comfortable feel-good climate in their shops thanks to Kampmann's door air curtains.

Tandem and Cassette-UniLine door air curtains ensure the perfect welcome with pleasant temperatures when customers enter the stores and main entrances of the factory outlet centre. They reduce energy losses despite their welcoming open doors.

The design of the buildings in the FOC Ochtrup is based on the typical Münsterländ style of architecture. The interior design of the stores is based on the retailers' individual furnishing schemes. Over 30 Tandem door air curtains are integrated into the individual stores. Retailers selected different sizes from the extensive standard range with matching powder coating, suitable output levels and types of installation, for example, as a recessed ceiling unit, for installation into casings provided by the customer or with casing extensions.

With Tandem door air curtains, two fan groups screen the entrances to the air conditioned rooms with primary and warm air curtains. They achieve energy savings of up to 38% compared with conventional systems.

The door air curtains in the main central entrances are connected to the building control system provided by the customer. The sales personnel in the stores control the Kampmann technology via intuitive KaControl room control units.

The targeted use of a TOP unit heater on the upper floor of the "North" entrance area cost-effectively creates a comfortable shopping experience.

Katherm NK trench heaters provide effective screening in front of large window areas in the restaurant area – for a thoroughly pleasant dining experience.

Kampmann entrance matting contributes to the design of a prestigious entrance area: Servus I entrance matting at the main entrances demonstrates its reliability day in day out with the high numbers of customers. The matting design with integral brush strips also absorbs large quantities of dirt and moisture.
