But regardless of which low water temperature system is used: it only really becomes efficient when combined with economical room units. Our PowerKon LT heat pump-based heaters operate superbly with a normal supply temperature from the heat pump of 35 °C – unlike conventional radiators! Compared to conventional panel radiators, fan-assisted heaters, like the PowerKon LT, also known as heat pump-based heaters or low-temperature heaters, rapidly achieve 3–4 times the output, especially with low system temperatures.
Our PowerKon LT works with low temperatures, but is considerably more responsive than underfloor heating.
Wall heaters offer decisive benefits particularly in existing buildings. PowerKon LT units are the convenient plug-and-play solution when switching from an oil or gas heating system to a heat pump: there is no need to dig up floors, as is the case with underfloor heating or to lay pipes. In order words: the system can be converted while the office is still running, thus saving time.
The heat pump-based heater blends perfectly into any space, thanks to its visually contemporary and slimline design. As the air intake opening is located on the underside of the product, the appearance of the PowerKon LT is minimalist and attractive. It also comes with a design casing. Its shape also ensures simple inspection and cleaning.
PowerKon LT units heat and cool both comfortably and hygienically. They comply with all hygiene criteria (construction, components, cleanability and maintenance) and are therefore certified to VDI 6022.
The use of EPP ensures an optimum air flow, resulting in maximum air volumes at low sound pressure levels. It also guarantees quiet operation in all offices and occupied spaces. EPP is also a sustainable material as it is 100% recyclable.
